Use cases

Vibra View is intended for machinery and structures where vibration is present but difficult to see — capture, magnify, and analyze at the machine, then use Windows when high-quality analysis is required.

Rotating equipment

Motors, pumps, fans, compressors, turbines, and related assemblies. Capture on the phone, magnify and analyze at the machine, then continue on Windows when high-quality analysis is required.

Piping vibration

Process piping and vessels are a primary use. Magnify motion on the phone so headers, racks, and connected supports become visible at the machine. Frames and bases can be observed the same way before committing to a more detailed instrumentation plan.

Field first look

A standard flagship Android phone is all you carry. Completely portable. Record video, magnify motion, and review spectrum and waveform at the machine. Send the amplified video to the customer by text or email.

Workstation review

Windows is the workstation for high-quality analysis of recorded video: 1080p export, orbits, spectrums and waveforms, heat maps showing where motion is strongest, and bandpass filtering for frequency-specific video.

Communication of findings

Video and plots provide a shared record for operations, reliability, and maintenance discussions. They do not replace a complete instrumentation program.

Complement to existing sensors

Vibra View is software. It may be used alongside installed sensors. It is not a substitute for a full measurement system by assertion.
